Guarantee Policy

All new purchased Ortofon products are high quality products, which are backed-up by a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, likewise high degree of service and support by our Authorised Partners and Dealers

All defect claims must be returned directly to the Ortofon Partner in the country or geographical area in which the product was originally purchased. The product in question must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Please preserve your product's serial number printed on the packaging and purchasing documentation in case you need support for your product.

Ortofon applies traceability on all products to ascertain quality in logistics. Therefore, all products should be returned in original packaging.
