Ortofon MC 20 Super

The classic cartridge, first introduced in the mid-70s, was recognized as one of the first MC cartridges that combined relatively high compliance with a smooth yet extended frequency response. The 2010 version of the MC 20 Super was supplied mounted on a high-quality adjustable aluminum headshell. This included headshell allowed for correct alignment on the Ortofon tonearm series with a standard headshell connector. The MC 20 Super could also be used on most tonearms with a fixed headshell.

Features:

  • Acclaimed Nude FG-70 stylus on an aluminum cantilever
  • Wide Range Damping (WRD)
  • High rigidity extruded aluminum construction plus aluminum cover/housing
